The calculator keeps age, measurements, activity, nutrition preferences, and optional medication safety context in browser memory during normal use. This information is not submitted to our server, analytics services, advertisers, or the newsletter provider. Choosing Clear My Information or closing the page removes the active entries.
PDF reports
PDF reports are generated in your browser. You decide whether to download, save, or print them.
Newsletter signup
If you subscribe, we collect your email address, optional first name, and consent time so we can send the free tracker and educational newsletter. We do not send calculator inputs with your signup. You can unsubscribe using the link in any email.
Service providers and safeguards
A configured email provider processes signup details on our behalf. We use server-side credentials, input validation, and an anti-bot field. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the newsletter and applicable legal obligations.
